BusinessCard provides a platform for creating digital business cards. Our service is limited to:

• Template generation and hosting
• Link and QR code distribution
• Basic profile data storage (name, contact information)

We expressly do not:

• Verify user identity or credentials
• Validate professional licenses or certifications
• Monitor card content for accuracy or legality
• Provide legal, financial, or professional advice

2.1 User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring all displayed information is accurate and lawful
• Obtaining necessary consents for sharing contact information
• Complying with GDPR and other data protection regulations
• Managing data subject requests related to your card

2.2 Our Limited Role

We act as a data processor for your profile data only. We:

• Store basic profile information you provide
• Do NOT process sensitive personal data (health, financial, etc.)
• Implement basic security measures for our platform

2.3 Image Hosting

We do NOT host images. You must provide external image links. We are not responsible for:

• Image content or appropriateness
• Third-party image hosting services
• Image availability or broken links

3.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content on your business card, but grant us a license to display it.

3.2 Our Intellectual Property

All templates, designs, and platform code remain our exclusive property.

3.3 Content Liability

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BusinessCard from any claims arising from:

• Inaccurate or misleading information on your card
• Copyright infringement in your content
• Violation of privacy laws
• Professional misrepresentation

4.1 Payment Processing

All payments are processed by third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal, etc.). We:

• Do NOT store your payment details
• Are not responsible for payment processor errors
• Cannot guarantee refunds for processor failures

4.2 No Refund Policy

All subscription payments are non-refundable due to:

• Immediate service activation
• Digital nature of the product
• Low-cost subscription model

4.3 Service Continuity

We reserve the right to:

• Modify pricing with 30 days notice
• Discontinue services
• Suspend service for policy violations without refund

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability shall not exceed your last monthly payment
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for business losses, lost profits, or data loss
• Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind

5.1 Specific Exclusions

We are NOT liable for:

• Inaccurate user-provided information
• Third-party services (Google Auth, image hosts, payment processors)
• Network issues or service interruptions beyond our control
• Misuse of shared business card links

We may terminate accounts for:

• Violation of these terms
• Illegal or fraudulent activity
• Payment failures
• Inactivity exceeding 12 months

Upon termination, your card becomes inaccessible but data may be retained for legal compliance.
